Superintendent
Location:Rockwall, TX
Position:Full-Time
Salary:$40k-$80K (negotiable based on skills and experience)
As an HVAC Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managae all constructions projects from start to finish. You will need to Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, This is an incredible opportunity for someone with HVAC knowledge that has stron managment skills and be able to run a contruction project from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and quality control to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other necessary documentation
Manage project budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team of construction professionals
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative solutions to complex issues

HVAC Commercial Service Maintenance Sales Representative
Location:Rockwall, TX
Position:Full-Time
Salary:$40,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience and performance)+ Commission
As an HVAC Commercial Service Maintenance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our service maintenance contracts to commercial clients. This is an incredible opportunity for a sales professional with HVAC knowledge to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
- Understand the specific HVAC needs of commercial clients and recommend appropriate service maintenance contracts.
- Conduct site visits, evaluations, and presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the management.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in the HVAC or related industry.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel locally to meet clients and prospects.

HVAC Service Technician Helper
Location:Rockwall, TX (Multiple locations)
Position:Full-Time
Salary:$20-$35 Hourly (Negotiable depending on experience)+ Commission & Bonuses
An ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot/diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components for air conditioners & heat pumps, furnaces & air handlers, and small rooftop units. Including thermostats, air filters, low and high voltage wiring as well as internal components such as compressors, capacitors, motors switches, circuit boards and all other internal parts. Must be able to perform routine preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate to the customers any problems found and educate them on products and services offered by MHC Air Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose all HVAC components on Commercial and residential systems.
- Perform Preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems.
- Communicate to customers any issues found with their systems.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Recommend 3 years of residential and light commercial experience
- Must be EPA certified – NATE certified a plus
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, extensive kneeling, squatting and stooping and able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to carry ladders, work from heights, and in small places
- Must be able to work unsupervised at your own pace to get calls done
- Must be able to use an iPad
