Certifications: Class “A” License Holder issued by the State of Texas for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, & Refrigeration, EPA Refrigerant Certified, Trane Certified, Carrier Certified, York Certified, Commercial and Residential Load Certified, NATE Certified & OSHA Safety Certified.
Experience: Kolt is the third generation of the family to work at MHC. Starting his career in 2000 he has 20+ years of experience in HVAC design, project management, estimating, service & sales.
Responsibilities: Oversees all operations for MHC with a strong emphasis on the Commercial and Residential HVAC project sales and management. Kolt is very active in all aspects of project sales, design-build, planning, performance, and customer relations.
Certifications: Microsoft Office, Electronic Service Control, Quick Books, General Business Accounting, Lien Law Certified, Miller’s Act certified & OSHA Safety Certified.
Experience: Wendy has been with MHC since 2000 and has 20+ years of experience in office management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, customer service, dispatching, service & job scheduling, job costing, billing, and collections.
Responsibilities: Wendy oversees the day to day operations in the office for MHC with a strong emphasis on the accounting and payroll departments.
Certifications: EPA Universal
Experience: Joe has 14+ years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC management, service, and installation.
Responsibilities: Oversees the daily operations of the service department. Communicates daily with dispatch reporting on project information, estimated time to complete jobs, labor hours, and parts or material used. Promotes and develops maintenance/service agreements; estimates and generates bids for contract projects/work, Reviews technicians work to ensure quality meets established standards, techniques, and safety requirements; makes recommendations as requirements to improve quality and productivity.
Certifications: Microsoft Office,& Electronic Service Control
Experience: 10 + years experience in Customer Service
Responsibilities: Takes incoming customer calls and schedule service for customers, Maintains the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, customer hard files, and renewals. Contacts new & existing customers to set up new maintenance contracts and sales calls for system replacements, service, etc. Creates dispatch for service calls, Dispatch Technicians and maintains contact with technicians & customers throughout the day, Maintains the dispatch board /schedule, Assist Service Manager in inventory control and ordering parts as needed, Completes service agreements for new customers. Call on residential maintenance customers to set up/renew their agreement, Maintains customer history files in the database, Updates service database from service ticket.
Certifications: Universal EPA, OSHA 10 & Critical Awareness
Experience: Sean has 7+years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC project management, service, and installation.
Responsibilities: HVAC professional in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning who oversees HVAC installations in new construction and replacements in existing buildings. Primary duties are project design, planning, supervising HVAC superintendents, installers, startup technicians, throughout the build. Coordinating with general contractors, as well as other project managers. Visiting job sites and interfacing with the client while the project is being completed. Communicating with all clients as well as potential clients. Maintaining a positive attitude and doing whatever it takes to get the job done safely and correctly in a timely manner.
Certifications: Lennox Commercial and Residential Load Certified, OSHA Safety Certified
Experience: Kent has 2+ years’ experience in commercial and residential HVAC design, service, estimating, and sales. He also has 2 years’ experience in supply chain management, with it come experience in data analysis, managing tight deadlines, and maintaining customer rapport.
Responsibilities: Kent is responsible for maintaining relationships with general contractors and commercial HVAC customers, visiting job sites during the pre-construction phase, estimating job costs for new construction and remodeling projects, drafting proposals for these projects, and will sometimes take on project manager duties to ensure proper execution of installations. Kent also maintains and analyses Metro’s bid calendar, which helps inform the sales team’s bidding strategies.
