We had Metro Heating & Cooling install a new XL20i comfort system in our home in May of 2010. Working with you proved to be rewarding and educational. The installation was wonderful with the guys taking extra precautions to make certain that we were inconvenienced as little as possible and that the work areas were protected. We have had our new system for 4 months now and with this being a very hot summer we have still reduced our electric usage by 50% and our home is so much more comfortable than ever before.

I was so frustrated dealing with my builder and the HVAC Company that installed my system. They would not or could not correct the problems. I had as much as a 8 degree temperature difference in various rooms in my home. A friend recommended Metro Heating & Cooling and Joe Sutterfield. What a great thing this was. I had to pay over $2,000.00 out of pocket to get this corrected but it was well worth every penny. All areas of that zone are now comfortable. I love it!
