Platinum club members receive two inspections /cleanings per year. There will be no charge for service calls any time including nights, weekends and holidays. Mechanical parts, that are designed to be replaced, are also covered. In addition 50% of your accumulated annual premium up to 10 years can be applied toward a replacement system.

Gold club members receive two inspections /cleanings a year. Priority service over non-members. No overtime charges for nights, weekends, or holidays. 15% discount on all repairs and, 5% discount on replacement system.

  • All recommended repairs must be made before any system is eligible for Platinum Priority Club service membership.
  • Platinum Priority Club membership does not cover compressor failure, heat exchanger failure, refrigerant leaks of any kind, breakdowns caused by man, animals, or acts of god.
  • Upon this agreement being in place for one year you will be eligible for replacement upgrade rebate. This allows a portion of your premium to be applied toward a new system.

    Maintaining your air conditioner and heater reduces its degradation rate and allows your equipment to run better and closer to its original condition at a lower cost to you.

    PRIORITY SERVICE CLUB

    Our Priority Service Club program is a semi-annual maintenance plan for your heating and air conditioning system. By becoming an PSC customer you will be provided with 2 Precision tune-ups a year that will help extend the life of your equipment. As a PSC Customer you will also receive a number of benefits to include:
