Residential Sales Representative
Duties include:
Performing consultation with residential clients to determine needs and desires for replacement comfort equipment and accessories. Developing and maintaining a referral based lead generation system.
Requirements:
Excellent phone and customer skills, organizational skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Multi Tasking ability, A minimum of three years in sales retail or in home. Mechanically inclined, self-motivator, good work ethic, great customer service skills, neat & clean appearance. Drug Free is required and will be tested both initially and periodically. Background check is required and you must qualify to pass HB705. Clean driving record is required and is periodically checked. Work will be in DFW and the surrounding area. Evening and weekend work is required, Knowledge of the HVACR industry a plus, Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Salary Range:
Commission and salary – $100k + possible for the right individual
Duties include:
Residential and light commercial air conditioning, gas heating, electric heating, and heat pump system service. Low temp refrigeration service.
Requirements:
A minimum of six years experience in the above areas is required (apartment and commercial building maintenance does not apply). Own & posses hand tools & meters. Must be EPA-certified, NATE Certified, and must be familiar with all phases of commercial and residential service. Drug Free is required and will be tested both initially and periodically. Background check is required and you must qualify to pass HB705. Clean driving record is required and is periodically checked. Service work will be in DFW and the surrounding area.
Salary Range: $42 – $65k
Duties include:
Residential and light commercial air conditioning, gas & electric heating and heat pump system service.
Requirements:
Three years or more experience in the above areas (apartment commercial building maintenance does not apply). Own & posses hand tools & meters. Must be EPA-certified. NATE Certification is a plus. Drug Free is required and will be tested both initially and periodically. Background check is required and you must qualify to pass HB705. Clean driving record is required and is periodically checked. Service work will be in DFW and the surrounding area.
Salary Range: $28 – $50k
Duties include:
Residential air conditioning, gas & electric heating and heat pump system preventative maintenance. Residential system start up & warranty repair.
Requirements:
Trade school graduate or associates degree in HVAC. Own & posses hand tools & meters. Must be EPA-certified. NATE Certification is a plus. Drug Free is required and will be tested both initially and periodically. Background check is required and you must qualify to pass HB705. Clean driving record is required and is periodically checked. Service work will be in DFW and the surrounding area.
Salary Range: $22 – $30k
Duties include:
Residential air conditioning, gas & electric heating and heat pump system preventative maintenance.
Requirements:
Two years experience in the above is required. Ability to train others to perform these duties. Trade school graduate. Mechanically inclined, self-motivator, good work ethic, great customer service skills, neat & clean appearance. Own & posses hand tools & meters. Must be EPA-certified. Drug Free is required and will be tested both initially and periodically. Background check is required and you must qualify to pass HB705. Clean driving record is required and is periodically checked. Work will be in DFW and the surrounding area.
Salary Range: $40 – $60k
Duties include:
Residential air conditioning, gas & electric heating and heat pump system preventative maintenance.
Requirements:
Mechanically inclined, self-motivator, good work ethic, great customer service skills, neat & clean appearance. Drug Free is required and will be tested both initially and periodically. Background check is required and you must qualify to pass HB705. Clean driving record is required and is periodically checked. Must be willing to attend trade school after working hours. Work will be in DFW and the surrounding area.
Salary Range: $20 – $30k

Replacement of residential air conditioning, gas & electric heating and heat pump systems, ductwork, and indoor comfort accessories.
Requirements:
A minimum of six years experience in the above areas is required. Own & posses hand tools. Must be EPA-certified. NATE Certification is a plus. Drug Free is required and will be tested both initially and periodically. Background check is required and you must qualify to pass HB705. Clean driving record is required and is periodically checked. Work will be in DFW and the surrounding area.

Salary Range: $21 – $35k
Duties include:
Receiving phone calls, scheduling and dispatching service calls, recordkeeping, phone sales.
Requirements:
